Terms of Service

ThumbDesign generates YouTube thumbnails and similar images from your prompts, headlines and reference images using artificial intelligence. AI generation is powered by OpenAI — content you submit for generation is processed through OpenAI's API and is also subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

ThumbDesign does not support or permit NSFW content of any kind. You may not use the Service to create, upload or attempt to generate:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise adult content.
• Content sexualizing or exploiting minors in any way.
• Graphic violence, gore or content glorifying self-harm.
• Hateful, harassing or discriminatory content targeting any person or group.
• Deceptive content impersonating real people without their consent.
• Content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others, including copyright and likeness rights.

Attempts to generate prohibited content may be blocked by safety systems and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you provide. You must have the rights to any image you upload. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the thumbnails you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

Generations consume credits according to your plan. Credits deducted for generations that fail are automatically refunded to your balance. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan from your account settings.

• Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits or credit accounting.
• Do not resell or provide automated access to the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or imperfect — review images before publishing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the prohibited content rules above. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
